Gonidis Family had its first contact with organic beekeeping 15 years ago, on the island of Kythnos.
Today the family has 100 beehives and one honey house so as to both produce and process pure thyme honey.

Pure Mother Bee contains about 50 – 60% of thyme pollen in harmonic combination with nectars from various plants, such as savory, osier, eucalyptus, thistle and from several wild flowers growing on the island of Kythnos. This synthesis has been naturally selected by our bees. And since we believe that nature knows better, we interfere to the least possible extent.
